Cancellation / Refund
On our 4-class packages, you can cancel a maximum of 1 class without being charged. On our 3-month or 12-class package, you can cancel 3 classes without being charged.
If for whatever reason Taaqademy is unable to provide you with a class (the teacher is unwell, a substitute teacher is not available, other emergencies, etc), you will be given an extra class to make up for the missed class by Taaqademy.
