So Long, Farewell
You can cancel 1 (one) out of every 4 main classes (60 minutes sessions) without incurring charges (giving you 5 weeks to finish your 4 main classes). In case you cancel more than one class out of 4 classes, it will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling options. The cancelled class will happen at the same time and day in the coming week. Rescheduling to different times will not be possible.
Reschedule Policy
In case you miss any of the classes, no make-up class will be scheduled for the same. We strongly encourage you to not miss any of the classes in order to have continuity in your musical journey.
The SMS alert + Online Calendar/Meeting Invite are used to confirm your class. There will not be any phone reminders by our admin staff. If you do happen to miss class on the scheduled day/time we will, unfortunately, be unable to reschedule the same class.
You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, In the event of unforeseen service disruptions or severe interruptions that significantly impact the delivery or quality of our services, we will assess the circumstances and may offer appropriate refunds or alternatives. In such instances, please note that the refund process can take approximately 15 to 30 working days to be completed, depending on the original method of payment and your financial institution’s policies.
